1.) What are the Income and Credit Requirements?
For maximum income guidelines please visit our Income Guidelines page. We require no outstanding utility or landlord debt, with under $2500 in collections.
2.) How Much is the Security Deposit?
The security deposit is the first month’s rent amount.
3.) What Utilities are Included in the rent?
Water, sewer, and garbage are included in rent.
4.) Is Parking Available and what is the cost?
Parking is available on site. One vehicle is permitted per apartment home at no additional cost.
5.) What is the Pet Policy?
We require a $250 deposit with $10 monthly fee for one cat or one small dog (30lbs or less).
For small animals such as reptiles, guinea pigs, and ferrets, we require a one-time fee of $50.
For aquariums (max 5 gallons), we require a one-time $50 fee.
We do require renters’ insurance that covers pet damage.
6.) What is the application process and is there an application fee?
We welcome you to apply on our website via the apply now button, or download our PDF and mail it in. The fee is $15.
7.) What are the Lease term options?
We offer 12-month leases.
8.) What documents should I bring to apply?
We ask that you submit the following with your application:
- Copies of Social Security cards for all household members regardless of age, birth certificates for all household members under 18
- Gross income of all household members in the form of award letters or 6 paystubs
- Six months of full statements for all financial institution accounts and money apps
- Whole life insurance policy values
- Retirement account values
- Child support documents
- Housing vouchers
- Spousal support
